Q: I enter my username and password, but I get a message telling me something is incorrect; what should I do?
A: First, be certain that your username is correct and EXACTLY as you entered it when you registered (upper case, lower case or a combination of both). Then, be certain that you are entering the correct password, again remembering that it is case-sensitive.
Q: I’m already a subscriber, but I don’t know what my Subscriber Number is in order to register and have access to the full website; where can I find it?
A: Your Subscriber Number is printed above your name on the mailing label located on the bottom of the issue you receive by mail. If you don’t have an issue handy and would like to register, call us at the appropriate Customer Service number below; a bilingual representative will be happy to look it up for you, and even complete your registration by phone if you like.
Q: I’m not sure what my password for CARIBBEANBUSINESSPR.com is; how can I be reminded?
A: Just enter the e-Mail address you entered when you registered and click on “Get Password” below the Sign-In area; your password will be sent to your e-Mail right away.
Q: I’m sure my credit card is fine, but my subscription transaction did not process; why?
A: There are several possibilities. Be certain that you entered the entire card number correctly, without spaces, and that the expiration date and security code are correct (4-digit number on front of card for AmericanExpress, 3-digit number following your card number on back of card for VISA or MasterCard). If your subscription by credit card still will not process, please call us at the appropriate Customer Service number below; a bilingual representative will be happy to help you complete the transaction by phone.
Q: It says I’m supposed to receive a registration/subscription confirmation by e-Mail so that I can activate my subscription… but I don’t see it in my e-Mail Inbox. Help!
A: First, check your Junk Mail folder to be certain it wasn’t diverted there directly. If it’s not in your Junk Mail folder, check your registration profile to be certain the e-Mail address you entered is correct… it’s easy to misspell or inadvertently leave a space, both of which mean your confirmation message is going somewhere else.
Q: As part of my subscription to your website, I’m supposed to receive a copy of the print version of CARIBBEAN BUSINESS every week in the mail. When will I receive my first copy?
A: You should begin receiving your copy in 2-3 weeks. If not, please call us at the appropriate Customer Service number below; a bilingual representative will be happy to help you and, if you like, send you the issues you’ve missed.
